Whom we are looking for (it’s fine if you do not satisfy all points, but should have more than a half):

1. True leadership, giving to your team, company and helping them grow are your current TOP priorities.
2. 7+ years of commercial software development experience with at least 5+ years with .NET and JS/TS
3. You have independently—or in a leading team role—launched and maintained a project of medium or high complexity for at least a year.
4. You like programming, having fun writing code, solving problems, and making less senior folks grow.
5. Deep knowledge of C# ( .NET Core , ASP.NET MVC ).
6. Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
7. Deep understanding of one of the major UI frameworks (React.js / Redux or Vue.js / Vuex or Angular 2+)
8. You are an open-minded person who will be able to share our culture
9. You could value the group and a team and get pleasure in giving, not only care about your own interests.
